Alternative: Use thick cardstock paper with any inkjet printer. PVC cards are waterproof and more durable for rack environments.

Import Collection

Upload a CSV file exported from your Collection sheet. The system will auto-generate UNIQUE IDs for each imported row.

Import Breeders / Holdbacks from MorphMarket

Upload a CSV file exported from MorphMarket to import your breeders or holdbacks.

How to export from MorphMarket:

Go to MorphMarket and click My Animals
Find the Breeder or Holdback tab
Click Export to download the CSV file

Fields that will be imported:

Title -> Animal Name

Animal_Id -> Manual Override

Sex -> Sex

Dob -> Date of Birth

Category -> Species

Traits -> Genetic Summary

Weight -> Weight

Price -> List Price

State -> Status

Origin -> Breeder Source

Sires -> Sire

Dams -> Dam

Private_Notes -> Notes

If an animal with the same MorphMarket ID already exists, it will be updated instead of duplicated.

Use MorphMarket Title as Animal Name

Uncheck if you prefer to leave Animal Name blank and fill it in later.

Import Sold from MorphMarket

Upload a CSV file exported from MorphMarket to import your sold animals.

How to export from MorphMarket:

Go to MorphMarket and click My Animals
Find the Sold tab
Click Export to download the CSV file

Note: MorphMarket does not supply all sales data (buyer name, email, date sold, etc.). After importing, head to Sales to edit these records and add the missing information.
